Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases and engagements with Arius Automation ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.
Project-Based Engagements
Deposits
All project-based engagements require a non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the total project value) before work commences. This deposit covers discovery, scoping, and resource allocation performed prior to build work beginning.
Milestone Payments
Payments tied to completed milestones are non-refundable once that milestone has been delivered and accepted. If you request significant scope changes after milestone acceptance, additional fees may apply.
Cancellation by Client
If you cancel a project:
- Before work has commenced: your deposit is non-refundable, but no further payments will be due.
- After work has commenced: you are liable for the cost of all work completed to date, including any milestone payments that have been reached.
- After a milestone has been delivered: that milestone payment is non-refundable regardless of cancellation.
Retainer & Ongoing Services
Monthly Retainers
Monthly retainer agreements require 30 days' written notice to cancel. You will be billed for any work completed during the notice period. Retainer fees already paid for a current billing period are non-refundable.
Minimum Commitment
Some retainer agreements include a minimum commitment period (typically 3 months). Early termination during this period does not relieve you of the obligation to pay for the minimum term.
Discovery Calls & Consultations
Free discovery calls carry no obligation. Paid consultation sessions (where applicable) are non-refundable once the session has taken place.
Exceptions & Disputes
We want every engagement to result in genuine value for your business. If you believe we have failed to deliver what was agreed, please contact us at info@ariusautomation.com within 14 days of the disputed delivery. We will review the situation in good faith and work toward a fair resolution, which may include revised delivery, partial credit, or other remedies at our discretion.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us will be contested with all documentation of agreed scope and work completed.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Your continued engagement with our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
