Most companies havea systems problemthey are calling a growth problem.

Arius Automation is the team that finds where your operations are leaking time and money, then fixes it. Sometimes with off the shelf tools. Sometimes with custom code. Always with the goal of building something your team actually uses.

Our Story

How we got here

Bilaal spent years running revenue operations. He watched the same pattern repeat across companies. A growing business would hire a consultant who built beautiful slide decks but could not ship anything. Or they would hire an engineer who could ship anything but did not understand why the system mattered in the first place. Both walked away with invoices paid. The business stayed stuck.

Ashhad spent his years on the other side of that wall. As an engineer, he kept getting pulled into rescue projects. The kind where someone had wired together five tools with duct tape and now needed an actual system that could scale. He saw what happened when business strategy and engineering never sat in the same room.

We started Arius because companies should not have to hire two firms to get one working system.

What Makes Us Different

Most agencies pick a side. We do not.

Every operations problem has two halves. The strategy and the build. Most agencies are good at one and pretend at the other. Here is what working with us looks like instead.

RevOps and engineering, in one team.

You do not need to brief a strategist and then re-brief an engineer. We are both, on the same call, from day one. The strategy and the build never lose each other in translation.

We tell you what not to build.

Most agencies sell as much as they can. We will tell you when a workflow should stay manual, when a tool is overkill, and when you should walk away from a build entirely. Honest scope keeps systems lean.

Adoption is the deliverable.

A system nobody uses is just expensive software. We train your team, document everything in plain language, and stay close after launch. The handover is not the end of our job. It is the whole point.

The Method

How we build

We work the same way every time. The businesses change. The path does not.

01

Audit

We start by getting a real look at how your business actually runs. The workflows, the workarounds, and the one process held together by goodwill and copy paste. We map where time is leaking, where work is being done twice, and which tasks are basically begging to be automated.

02

Build

This is where the audit turns into something real. We design the data structure, set up your tools, and engineer the workflows that quietly do the work in the background. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Airtable, custom databases. Whatever fits. We are not loyal to any tool. We are loyal to what your team actually trusts.

03

Automate

Now your systems start talking to each other and to your customers without your team having to play middleman. We wire up the integrations, build the automations, and deploy AI agents to handle the repetitive work. Data entry, lead routing, follow ups, customer replies. Your team gets their day back.

04

Hand over

A system nobody uses is just expensive software. So we train your team properly, leave behind documentation that humans can actually read, and stay close after launch to iron out the rough edges. The goal is a team that owns the system, not one that is afraid to touch it.

Who we are

Together we run every project. You will never get handed off to an account manager.

CEO and Cofounder

Bilaal ran revenue operations before Arius. He spent years watching teams burn hours on work that should have been automated five processes ago. He talks to every client we work with and architects the strategy on every engagement.

CTO and Cofounder

Ashhad spent his years on the engineering side. He builds the tech behind every Arius engagement. When off the shelf tools fall short, he designs the custom systems that scale beyond them. If you have ever wondered whether your problem needs a no code fix or actual code, Ashhad is the person who tells you the honest answer.

Principles

How we work

Four principles that shape every engagement.

We tell you when not to automate.

Some workflows should stay manual. Some tools you should not buy. Some custom builds are overkill. We will tell you the truth even when it shortens our scope.

We build for adoption, not just functionality.

The best system in the world fails if your team will not use it. We design every workflow with the people who have to live in it.

We stay hands on.

No account managers, no offshore deliverables you have to QA. The founders work on every project from start to finish, alongside a senior engineering team.

We document everything.

When we leave, your team should be able to operate, troubleshoot, and extend the system without us. We are not in the business of making clients dependent on us.

Frequently Asked Questions

Things people usually ask

The questions we get on most discovery calls. If yours is not here, ask us directly.

Mostly companies between five and two hundred employees that have outgrown spreadsheets and tool-stacking but cannot justify hiring a full operations team. We work across SaaS, e-commerce, professional services, real estate, and financial services. The common thread is that the founder or operations lead is spending more time fixing systems than running the business.

Both. We start every engagement neutral. If Zapier, Make, n8n, HubSpot, or Salesforce solves the problem cleanly, we use it. If the problem needs custom code or a real database layer, we build it. Most engagements end up being a mix. We are not loyal to any platform.

It depends on scope. A focused audit and quick automation build can wrap in two to four weeks. A full CRM rebuild or custom system can take two to four months. We give a clear scope and timeline after the audit, not before.

A two to three hour walkthrough of your operations. We map your current systems, find the bottlenecks, and identify what is worth automating and what is not. You walk away with a written plan whether you hire us or not. It is free for qualified prospects.

We hand over fully documented systems, train your team, and stay available for fixes and adjustments. Most clients keep us on a small ongoing retainer for changes and new automations as the business evolves. There is no contractual lock-in.

Yes. We work with companies in the USA, UK, UAE, Australia, and New Zealand. Most of our delivery is remote. We adjust working hours to overlap with each client's time zone so meetings and turnaround stay easy.

A freelancer usually builds what you ask for. A fractional CTO usually advises but does not build. We do both. You get strategic operations thinking from Bilaal, engineering execution from Ashhad, and a team of 20+ full stack engineers behind them. All on the same project, on the same call.

Want to see if we are a fit?

Most of our work starts with a free audit. We walk through your operations, find the bottleneck, and tell you exactly what we would do about it. Whether you hire us or not, you walk away with a clear plan.

No pressure. Just value.
